Ways to increase the likelihood of driving compliance by your employees include: incentives, “HOW AM I DRIVING?” stickers with your phone number for reporting, disciplinary action for unsafe behavior, documentation for lawsuits, and signature of the driver on a pledge card promising safe practice. Incentives that can be used for accident free driving are recognition at the end of the year or holding lunch meetings with driver safety video education. Provide client surveys and suggestion boxes to solicit performance by the driver, and document any reason for disciplinary action.
