Piggy back with local Businesses

Many Nonprofit Organizations are looking for ways to cut costs while increasing the amount of funds they receive each month.  Too often, directors and fundraiser chair-persons don’t look close enough to home for the answers to these ongoing problems.  A great way to cut costs on postage and mailers, is to piggyback with local businesses that are willing to support your cause.

Contact local businesses like banks, restaurants, newspapers and ask them if you can provide fliers that can be inserted in their next mailing. Banks can insert the fliers in statements being mailed, a local pizza deliver place could tape a flier to every pizza box they fold.  If you start to look and ask, you will be amazed at the level of local commitment you can find.

Remember just ask and you will save money AND Expenses!
